SETL/SETNGE (386+ only)
SETL/SETNGE - Set if Less / Set if Not Greater or Equal (signed, 386+ only)
Sets the byte in the operand to 1 if the Sign Flag is not equal to the Overflow Flag, otherwise sets the operand to 0.
